On 08-31-06 at 6:02 a.m. H.V.F.D. units responded to the intersection of Prince Frederick Road (MD Rt.231) and Leonardtown Road (MD Rt. 5) for the automobile accident with injuries. Upon arrival units found a two car collision in the intersection with the accident blocking the north bound lanes of Leonardtown Road. After a scene size up by the Squad crew it was determined that only two of the five subjects involved needed transport to the hospital. Ambulance 58 transported two pediatric patients to Civista Medical Center for check-ups. Units cleared the scene at 6:29 a.m. Captain 2 (Carroll) was the incident commander.
