On 09-01-06 at 6:43 AM units from Hughesville Fire and EMS and the Waldorf Fire and EMS were alerted to Leonardtown Road at Ted Bowling Road for the auto accident with people trapped. Tropical storm Ernesto had begun moving into the area and crews encountered moderate rain and wind. Squad 2 was the first arriving and found nobody trapped and a total of two patients. Command held the units from Hughesville and Paramedic Ambulance 399. Units cleared at 7:23 AM and Chief 2B (Hutchinson) was the incident commander.
