On 12/5/2020 at 10:28 pm, Hughesville Volunteers and surrounding companies were alerted to Turner Road in Brandywine for a structure fire. Engine 22, Engine Tanker 2, Squad 2, Engine 24, Paramedic Ambulance 27 and EMS Utility 2 made the response. While responding communications advised the 911 caller reported a trailer on fire and the call was disconnected.

PG Engine Tanker 836 and Engine 22 arrived on scene together to find an approximately 4×6 utility trailer on fire. Engine 22 held the command and extinguished the fire. Command returned the other responding units. After the fire was extinguished, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office began their investigation.
