On April 5th at approximately 1005 PM, Hughesville Volunteers and surrounding departments were alerted to the 6000 block of Roosevelt Place for the structure Fire. Engine Tanker 2, Tanker 2 and Utility 2 responded. Engine Tanker 2 was advised the call was for a vehicle fire in close proximity to the residence. Engine Tanker 2 arrived on scene a short time later to find a vehicle fully involved. Engine Tanker 2 extinguished the fire and the remainder of the units were placed in service. Engine Tanker 2 operated for approximately 30 minutes.
