On August 18, 2008 while Engine 22 was still on the scene of the overturned crane, a smoke investigation was dispatched on Oliver Shop Road. Engine 24, Tanker 2, Chief 2 and Chief 2A responded with 6 personnel. Crews found a fully involved auto with a small area of brush burning also. The Fire Marshal’s Office and the Charles County Sheriff’s Office responded to handle the investigation. Units operated on the scene for just over 2 hours.
