On Saturday August 29th at 12:58 PM Squad 2 and Paramedic Ambulance 28 responded mutual aid to St. Mary’s County, in the area of the Charlotte Hall Food Lion, for the auto accident with reported subjects trapped. Squad 2 arrived on the scene to find one auto overturned and one subject trapped. Squad 2’s crew went to work stabilizing the vehicle using the cribbing and the Para-Tech system. On arrival St. Mary’s Squad 2 pulled a protective hand-line and assisted with stabilizing the vehicle. Once the vehicle was stabilized the squad crew’s went to work to free the trapped subject. Paramedic Ambulance 28 handled patient care and transported the subject to PG Trauma.
