On March 6th at 0424 hours, Hughesville Volunteers were alerted to the 1300 block of Dutchess Lane in Calvert County for the house fire. Hughesville was alerted on the second alarm. Engine 22 responded to the scene. Upon arrival Engine 22 assisted with extinguishment and overhaul. The crew from Engine 22 assisted on the scene for approximately 2 hours before being released.
