On March 12th at approximately 0028 hours, Hughesville Volunteers were alerted to the 5900 Block of Ketch Road in Calvert County for the house fire. Engine 22 and Engine Tanker 2 responded. Upon arrival Engine 22 was assigned the duties of RIT (Rapid Intervention Team). Engine Tanker 2 was placed in staging and was not utilized. Once the fire was extinguished units were released from the scene.
