On January 29th at approximately 1:43 PM, Hughesville Volunteers were alerted to the 11000 Block of Lizzy’s Place in Dentsville for a single family structure fire. Chief 2, Squad 2 and Tanker 2 made the response. First arriving units located a mobile home fully engulfed. Dentsville VFD extinguished the fire. Chief 2 was on the scene and provided assistance. Squad 2 and Tanker 2 was placed in service prior to arrival.

After returning to quarters, Engine Tanker 2 handled a fill in at Station 15 (Dentsville) while they continued to work on salvage and overhaul at the scene.
