On Tuesday May 5th, 2009 at 1145 hours, Hughesville Fire and EMS were alerted for the motor vehicle accident, with entrapment, on Woodville Road near Adele Drive. Squad 2 and Paramedic Ambulance 27 responded and upon arrival found a single vehicle overturned with one subject trapped. SQ 2 and PA 27 personnel with assistance from Rescue Engine 52, and Baden Engine 836 worked together to extricate and treat the trapped subject. The patient was MEDEVAC by Trooper 2 to Prince George’s Trauma Center.
