On Tuesday, August 3rd, volunteer members of Hughesville VFD and EMS, along with the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, visited three National Night Out locations in the Hughesville area. We appreciate the community’s support, and look forward to many more events. A special thanks to Carriage Crossing, Serenity Woods and neighbors at Booth Place for organizing these community events and promoting emergency services and police awareness.

National Night Out is always the first Tuesday in August, and was originated in 1984 to promote community policing and emergency awareness.
