Squad 2 and PA-27 responded mutual aid to the 29700 block of Three Notch Rd St. Mary’s County, Co.2’s area, for the reported auto accident with entrapment. Squad 2 arrived to find a two vehicle “T-Bone” accident in the area of Cords Cabinetry. MVFD Squad 2 arrived and the crews worked together to extricate the trapped patient. The ALS care providers requested MSP med-evac transport of the patient. Trooper 7 was alerted and transported the patient to Prince George’s Hospital. RE-222 set up the landing zone.

MVFD Chief 2A (Emmart) held the Three Notch Rd Command and units operated on scene for about a half hour.
