Thank you so much for the response team for the accident in Country Lakes Subdivision, Yowaiski Mill Rd on Wed, Sept 16th. My daughter Maegan was seriously injured and ALL of your team members were absolutely wonderful. She is recovering from some broken bones, and some other minor injuries, but Thanks to you she is doing great. I was the hysterical mom who had to hold it together while my husband, Steve, escorted Maegan in the helicopter ! You dont realize how good life is until you can see people so much stronger than you act in such a crisis situation and perform to your expertise. Again, we cannot thank you enough for your response and professional care you have given Maegan.

I am a Firefighter and EMT and when I started as a Firefighter I found out what FAMILY means. I have more Borthers and Sisters than I could ever have. Not with just My company, but around the USA. Fellow firefighter and EMT's welcome you and when you meet them, your treated as if they have known you for years. Firefighter's and EMT's make "FAMILY" a whole new meaning....God Bless! Stay Safe! And Remember Everyone Comes Home!!

I WANT TO THANK THE HVFDEMS FOR THE SERVICES THEY HAVE PROVIDED TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. 2 OF THE INCIDENTS WERE LIFE THREATENING INCIDENTS, AND WITHOUT THE PROMPT RESPONSE OF HVFDEMS WE WOULD SURELY HAVE LOST SOME FAMILY MEMBERS. ALL OF THE RESPONDERS WERE EXTREMELY POLITE, CARING, AND EFFICIENT IN EACH INCIDENT. THEY WERE ESPECIALLY CAREFUL AND RESPECTFUL TO ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBERS, WE APPRECIATE THEM ALL SO VERY MUCH. I HAVE LIVED IN ST. MARY'S FOR 2 YEARS, AND FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR, HAD OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THE FIRE TRUCK CARRYING SANTA THROUGH THE AREA, IT WAS WONDERFUL. THE CHILDREN LOVED IT AND WATCHED FOR SANTA IN THE RAIN...............THANK YOU ALL FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE FOR US. WE LOVE YOU.

I sent an e-mail to someone listed on your web site then saw the guest book - I wanted to thank all of the emergency workers that helped save my baby girl's life on October 21, 2007 on Dubois Road. Alicia who turned 16 in January is in ICU at the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. They are working miracles on her here but I know it was the attention each one of you gave her on site that is giving her a second chance. She is still in critical condition but I know she will be coming home to us - may not be as soon I would like but she will be coming home. A thank you doesn't even begin to express our gratitude and appreciation for what you all did and like I said in the e-mail most if not all did this work without the benefit of paycheck at the end of the week. Be safe out there. The Savoy Family (Kendel, Patricia & Dallas)
