January 25, 2026

On January 25th at approximately 12:20 am, Squad 2 was alerted to Caroline Circle in Waldorf for the house fire. Squad 2 and Chief 2B made the response. While responding, Charles County Communications advised they were receiving multiple calls for the house on fire. Waldorf Engine 32 arrived on scene on a one story single family home with fire showing through the roof and requested the working fire dispatch.

Squad 2 arrived on scene and was assigned to conduct a primary search. Chief 2B arrived and joined the crew of Squad 2. Once the primary search was complete, Squad 2 assisted with extinguishing the remaining fire to the rear of the house. Once the fire was extinguished , the Incident Commander reduced the assignment. Squad 2 was released from the scene.

Squad 2 operated for approximately 90 minutes.
