Condolences

Hughesville Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad would like to extend our condolences to Montgomery County Fire Rescue on the Line of Duty Death of a firefighter while working on the scene of a house fire.
On January 11th, the Prince George’s County Fire Department responded to a structure fire and requested assistance from Montgomery County. Shortly after arrival, a Montgomery County firefighter suffered a medical emergency and was transported to a local hospital, where they ultimately passed.
HVFDEMS would like to send our condolences to the family, friends, co-workers, and crew members who were affected by this incident.
