Gentlemen and Ladies, I just want to thank you for all that you do for our community. You give yourself selflessly to all of us, even to our children -- you volunteer at the schools (T.C. Martin hooray), at the daycare centers (Children's Corner horray) and best of all SANTA STILL RIDES A FIRETRUCK! There are not enough thank-yous that can be shared. Have a safe holiday season.
This is still a great site. Jeremy, you did a wonderful job with the video. Being originally from St Mary's County and a former EMT, I know how important the job you all do is. Keep up the outstanding work!

I just keep coming back to this site for some reason. Don't know why. As I wrote once before, it takes great courage to do what you do. Since I have become a first responder and firefighter, I know it takes more than courage. It takes more hard work than anyone who has never done it can ever imagine. From a firefighter point of view, I don't consider myself a hero or anything close to it. From an everyday persons point of view, it takes a special person to be a firefighter, emt, paramedic, etc. It takes something I never thought I would have....it takes guts. Thank you for all that all of you do. I am also a 911 dispatcher so I get to see it from both sides. It's a lot easier telling someone where to go than to actually do it when you get there. THANK YOU!

Hey Ridge, nice slide show! Just want to let everyone know that I had a baby girl on Friday the 13th. Her name is Kadence Michelle, she was 8lbs. 9ounces, and 19 3/4 inches long. We're both home now and doing fine. I can't wait to get back to riding. Hope to see you all soon.
