On November 22nd at approximately 3:18 PM, Hughesville Volunteers were alerted to the 6200 Block of Cracklingtown Road for the brush fire. Engine 24 and Tanker 2 responded. While responding, Charles County Communications upgraded the assignment to a shed fire as the reporting party advised the fire was extending to a shed. Units arrived on scene to find a small brush fire with minor extension to a shed and pop up camper. The fire was quickly brought under control and the assignment was reduced to Hughesville and Dentsville Volunteers. Once the fire was extinguished units cleared the scene.
