Application Submittal Process:

Applications will be received on the fourth (4th) Thursday of the month. Perspective members are expected to arrive by 6:30 pm.  A member of the membership committee will be available to accept applications and review the steps of the application process.

If the application is from a prior member, it will be treated as a new member application. However, at the request of the Chief or President prior members applications can be expedited. The written request should state full particulars, including reason and resolution. Life Members that are inactive will only have to send written request to the Chief stating they wish to become active again.

If you are unable to meet on the fourth (4th) Thursday of the month, please contact  Jenna Schoolnick by email at jenna.therres@hvfdems.org to arrange an alternate accomodation.

*Please be advised we conduct weekly drills on Thursday except for the second (2nd) Thursday when we hold our monthly business meeting.
