On behalf of the Officers and Members of the Brandywine Volunteer Fire Department, I would like to thank the two members of the Hughesville Volunteer Fire Department for bringing your fire engine to our open house today, October 2, 2011. Unfortunately the weather was rainy and cloudy. I appreciate your time and assistance today. I have had nothing but compliments from my members and the members of the community that did come out and support us for your support and showing. If there is anything that you would like us to do in return, please let me know. Once again thank you!
Hello I just wanted to say hello to Jimmy and Tony and hope to see them one day soon while im at work.

Just wanted you all to know how grateful I am of all of you, your dedication, professionalism and saving acts of kindness. I was injured in an auto accident early Oct. 2010 and you saved a mother, daughter, sister and friend! I will never forget that night or the wonderful people who gathered around like angels. When I'm back on my feet and walking again, I will be sure to pay you a visit :) Sincerely, Survivor
Thank you so much for making my day. It was a wonderful surprise to see Santa this evening. Now I know why I wanted to live in Southern Maryland the community pride is great. I live on Baywood Ct and look forward to supporting your volunteers and the Hughesville community. Again Thank you and keep making smiles.
Thank you for being firefighters and keeping people safe. I applaud your service to your community. Thank you for all that you do. I'd like to let you know about some special Firefighters tribute pages on my website. I set them up to honor firefighters everywhere. If you get a chance, please check them out. Stay safe and have a great day.

Was just thinking of all of you up in charles co. We miss the people but not the politics and the problems. We have enough down here so as not to get out of touch with public safety. Good luck and be safe.
Very nice site. Keep up the great work. Stay safe and have a happy new year!

Thank you so much for the response team for the accident in Country Lakes Subdivision, Yowaiski Mill Rd on Wed, Sept 16th. My daughter Maegan was seriously injured and ALL of your team members were absolutely wonderful. She is recovering from some broken bones, and some other minor injuries, but Thanks to you she is doing great. I was the hysterical mom who had to hold it together while my husband, Steve, escorted Maegan in the helicopter ! You dont realize how good life is until you can see people so much stronger than you act in such a crisis situation and perform to your expertise. Again, we cannot thank you enough for your response and professional care you have given Maegan.

I just wanted to say that I was at an auto accident last week on Thursday Jan 22nd and you guys responded. It was an accident at the Rt. 5 and Oliver Shop Rd./Bryanstown Rd. light involving 2 suv's. I was one of the first on the scene and stopped to help. You all responded so quickly and did an amazing job helping everyone, especially the woman who had been hit. I just wanted to thank you guys for everything. I talked to the woman tonight and she also said you did amazing. Thanks for the great job you do!!

I am a Firefighter and EMT and when I started as a Firefighter I found out what FAMILY means. I have more Borthers and Sisters than I could ever have. Not with just My company, but around the USA. Fellow firefighter and EMT's welcome you and when you meet them, your treated as if they have known you for years. Firefighter's and EMT's make "FAMILY" a whole new meaning....God Bless! Stay Safe! And Remember Everyone Comes Home!!
