| At approximately 2119 hours Station 2 and Benedict Station 5 was alerted for the RV Fire. Engine 22, Engine 24, and Tanker 2 responded immediately upon dispatch. Units arrived on the scene to find an approximately 40ft motorized RV with fire through-out the interior. The engine crew attacked the fire while Tanker 2 crew pulled a second line and protected the exposures. Crews made quick work on extinguishment. Rescue Engine 52 was held to assist in overhaul. The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office investigated the fire finding the cause to be accidental in nature. Units cleared the scene at 2240 hours. Chief 2A (Herbert) had the Carrico Mill Command |
