Station runs Commercial Gas leak

On February 9, 2012 at 1040 hours Station 2 was alerted to 7627 Leonardtown Road for the gas leak inside of a commercial structure with a report of 3 people feeling sick. Engine 22 (Sgt. Doering) & Tanker 2 responded immediately after dispatched. Engine 22 arrived on the scene and laid a supply line at the entrance of the complex. Tanker 2 picked up E22 line and Squad 2 reported to side Alpha. Crews were told that all 3 people feeling sick had already left the scene. Crews entered the structure with meters and found nothing. Truck 3 arrived on the scene and also metered the building and nothing was found in the main business and all exposures. After further investigation it was found to be an ongoing HVAC issue at this building and maintenance was on the scene to take care of the issue. All Company 2 units went in service at 1125hrs and returned to quarters.
