| At 1409 hours Engine Company 2 was alerted for a house fire at 3245 Indian King Court in Waldorf. Engine 22 (Sgt. Doering) responded with 4 personnel, within minutes of dispatch, as the 4th due Engine. First arriving Squad 3 found smoke showing from the front and fire showing from the rear of a single story duplex. E22 arrived on scene as the 4th due Engine and was advised to take RIT. E22 crew carried the RIT pack and necessary tools to side Alpha. While doing their 360 of the house Command advised E22 crew to grab hooks and assist the officer from 11 with the Bravo exposure. Crew opened up the ceiling and walls to find no extension and then was directed to assist Truck 1, Squad 3, Engine 121 and Truck 11 with overhauling the fire rooms. E22 cleaned up and went back in service from the scene at 1722 hours. |
