| On April 16, Hughesville Volunteers were dispatched to a house fire on Loveville Road. Chief 2B, Squad 2, and Tanker 2 responded to the incident. First arriving units from St. Mary's County found a single-story, single-family home with fire visible through the roof.
Chief 2B and Squad 2 arrived to assist with manpower on the scene. Tanker 2 was canceled after arriving at the staging area. After clearing the fire ground, Tanker 2 proceeded to Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department Company 2 and provided coverage while units remained at the house fire. |
