On September 15th at approximately 0239 hours, Hughesville Volunteers were alerted to Leonardtown Road in the area of the Harley Davidson for the motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle. Brush 2, Squad 2 and Paramedic Ambulance 28 made the response.

Units arrived on scene to find a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle. The operator of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased on the scene. The Maryland State Police handled the investigation.
