SMVFA Convention Information

NOTE: At the meeting at Mechanicsville VFD Social Hall
The presentation of the colors begin at 4:00pm or shortly thier after. 5:00 pm is the Cocktail Hour followed by Dinner at 6:00pm.

The Hughesville Volunteer Fire Department is proud to be the sponsor of the 62nd Annual Southern Maryland Convention and Parade.  The event will be held on Sunday May 3, 2009.

We ask that participating companies use the following forms to register their activities.  As information is collected, we will verify the results and post which companies have submitted.

Parade Registration
Use this form to submit miles travelled, number of personnel, units, etc.

Game Registration
Use this form to submit your teams to games.

Please note that this event has a registration fee of $250.00 for a team of seven with all proceeds going to the Tonya Mallard Fund. PLEASE NOTE ALL CHECKS MUST BE WRITTEN OUT TO THE TONYA MALLARD FUND.
