On November 6th at approximately 1920 hours, Hughesville Volunteers were alerted to Leonardtown Road and Morning Mist Place for the vehicle fire. Engine 22 responded. Upon arrival the crew found a Dodge Truck with fire engulfing the passenger compartment and part of the bed of the truck. Crews stretched the bumper line and extinguished the fire. Once the fire was extinguished, the scene was turned over to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office.
