On September 21st at approximately 9PM, Hughesville Volunteers were alerted to the 1100 block of Bannister Circle in Waldorf for the house fire. Squad 2 made the response. Waldorf VFD arrived on scene to find a working house fire. Squad 2 arrived a short time later and conducted a secondary search of the residence for victims. After completing the search personnel assisted with salvage and overhaul before being released from the scene.
