Working Fire

On April 27th around 4pm, Hughesville Volunteers and surrounding companies were alerted to 15975 Covington Road for the large barn fire. Engine 22 and PG Engine Tanker 836 arrived on scene to find a barn fully involved with extension into the residence. Units made an aggressive attack and contained the bulk of the fire. Units also performed extensive salvage and overhaul.
